We sell fresh seafood products. All product descriptions, weights and images are for reference only. While we make every effort to display accurate information, slight variations in size, colour or weight may occur due to the natural characteristics of seafood.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or if pricing errors occur.
4. Orders & Availability
Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. Seafood supply is seasonal and limited. We cannot guarantee stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund for that item.
5. Delivery
We deliver within New Zealand to eligible delivery areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fresh seafood requires proper cold-chain handling. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address to maintain product freshness.
6. Refund & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect goods, you must contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess claims and may offer a partial refund, full refund or replacement at our discretion.
7. Food Safety
Seafood may contain allergens such as shellfish, fish proteins. It is your responsibility to check product details if you have food allergies or intolerances. Consume products promptly upon delivery and follow safe food storage instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or consumption of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
